You'll have weekly check-ins, plus ongoing access via messages or email for support whenever you need it. We’re here to keep you accountable, motivated, and supported every step of the way.

9. What mental wellbeing support is available?

Alongside fitness coaching, we offer access to qualified wellbeing professionals for mental wellbeing check-ins. These sessions provide a confidential space to talk through challenges and maintain strong mental resilience — because your mind matters just as much as your body.
