Through fully tailored training programs, personalised nutrition guidance, structured goal setting, and consistent, supportive check-ins, we deliver coaching that fits around real lives and real challenges. We understand that physical health and mental wellbeing are closely connected: improving one strengthens the other. That’s why we combine expert personal training with access to mental wellbeing check-ins, delivered by a qualified counsellor.

These check-ins provide a confidential, supportive space to talk through challenges, manage stress, and build emotional resilience — without the pressure of formal counselling. It’s about keeping you mentally strong and focused as you work toward your physical goals.

Driven by personal experience and a passion for helping men achieve lasting results, we exist to guide you toward becoming stronger, healthier, and more fulfilled — both physically and mentally. Our approach is built on honesty, real support, and a commitment to helping you thrive for the long term.We are a group of doctoral-level psychologists and psychiatrists who provide quality mental health care. As a mental health collective, we assist members by providing therapy, medication management, coaching, and more. We help our clients connect with one of our doctors who can meet their needs and is available online or in-person.

Founded by Matt Bedford, a highly experienced Personal Trainer and Sports Injury Specialist, our coaching is rooted in a passion for supporting men not just through fitness, but through total wellbeing.
